Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
SleepWell Reviews ("we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to visitors in the United States. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address and message. You don't need an account to read our content.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you and advertising click identifiers (such as a Google Ads click ID). We use this mainly in aggregate to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs.
We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send us, details about your personal health. If you do include health information in a message, we'll use it only to reply to you.
2. How We Use Information
- To answer your questions and messages
- To keep the site running smoothly and fix technical problems
- To understand which content is useful so we can improve it
- To measure the performance of our content and advertising
- To protect the site against fraud, abuse and security threats
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information for money.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to measure traffic, understand how visitors move through the site and measure the performance of our content and advertising. For example, when you arrive from an ad, we may store the ad click ID in a cookie and pass it to the brand's website when you click through, so the visit can be attributed. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
4. Third-Party Services
We work with third-party providers for analytics, session analytics (such as Microsoft Clarity), hosting, advertising (such as Google Ads) and link tracking. These providers may collect information under their own privacy policies, which we don't control. You can learn about and limit interest-based advertising at Google Ad Settings and aboutads.info.
5. Advertising & Compensation Disclosure
Some links on this site lead to brands that pay us, including Somma, maker of the product ranked #1 on our comparison page. Those links may include tracking parameters so the brand can see that you arrived from our site. That compensation may affect which products we feature and how they're ranked. See our About Us page for more detail.
6. Data Retention & Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. External Links
Our pages link to websites we don't operate, including brand and retailer sites. Once you leave our site, that site's own privacy policy applies, and we aren't responsible for its content or practices.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Your US State Privacy Rights
Depending on the state you live in (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
- Access, correct or delete your personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or its use for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a request, email us at the address below with the subject "Privacy Request." We'll verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law (usually 45 days). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising where required.
California residents: Under the CCPA/CPRA, sharing click identifiers with advertising partners may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by emailing us or enabling GPC in your browser. California's "Shine the Light" law also lets you request information about disclosures for direct marketing; we don't make such disclosures.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there's no common industry standard for these signals, we don't currently respond to them, though we do honor GPC as described above.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
